“The stable and constantly enriched bilateral legal framework is based on the Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation and Mutual Assistance between the Republic of Armenia and the Russian Federation, the 25th anniversary of the signing of which we will celebrate this year in August , as well as the Declaration on Allied Cooperation in the 21st Century.

Pashinyan said that due to active political dialogue and consistent implementation of high-level agreements, the two countries continue to coordinate their foreign policies in the international arena, such as the Collective Security Treaty Organization, the Eurasian Economic Union and the Commonwealth of Independent Countries. “We highly appreciate the efforts of the Russian Federation and your personal contribution to achieving a ceasefire in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone, as well as ensuring favorable living conditions in the Upper -Karabakh.
